Doesn't seem to have been many ST tire failures this year.

In comparison to past years, there doesn't seem to have been as many ST tire failures. Does this mean the tires are improving? Does this mean this year was just a mild year (weatherwise?) Doe...

Heck, you'd have to prove that they're suitable for treading the first time, let alone retreading. :)
