Domestic RM2852 piezoelectric fires over and over again.
The fridge works fine on both gas and electric but I can hear the piezoelectric going off continuously on either setting. I just bought this fridge 6 months ago....

- Start by doing a "burner area tune-up".
It could be something as simple as a flake of rust shorting out the spark or thermocouple. - Visually verify that it is sparking and that is what you are hearing. It would make more sense if it were something else making the noise.

But fyi that is not piezo electric
Piezo is push button ...manual light
That is electronic ignition using a high voltage fly back type transformer - Dometic. Possible bad board.
