It's old but works great on electric mode. Used to work great on propane but not so good lately. Great flame, cleaned burner & thermocouple with wire brush. Any ideas ? Thanks

Great Flame means nothing. You need to verify LP pressure at 11.5 inches. As the other poster mentioned, if the spiral baffle has rusted or deteriorated after 20 years, it will NOT dispurse the flame/heat for the boiler tube correctly. The only way to determine the baffle is to pull the refer and pull the spiral out of the chimney. Doug
