1. Is this on LP or 120?
2. is the refer in a slide room?
3. Are you at home or at a Campground?

check your 12 voltage.
I.E. thermostat needs constant 12 volt to turn on. If your fridge works than goes warm means the thermostat shut off at the desired temp but can't turn back on because of low 12 volt. - 1492ModeratorMoved from Forum Technical Support
