Pull the outside access cover and check if you can reach all the way to where the drain attaches before you move the fridge. I was able to change mine without moving the fridge. You will need a helper on the inside to hold the little drain cup while you push the new hose on from the outside.
Yes i removed the cover there's absolutely no way!
