DC Voltage is critical for proper operation
Are you plugged into AC Power source or running off battery?
On propane.......spark electrode has to have correct gap (1/8") and must be engulfed in flame when lit and needs to be centered directly over burner slots (which need to be clear/unobstructed)
When it doesn't relight turn on ALL Stove top burners..check how the flames are (Steady/strong/blue tinges-------or fluctuating/different sizes etc.)
LP Regulator not supplying proper propane pressure.
