If you are running a lot of electronics, incandescent light, and furnace at night, your battery is suffering. The voltage may be dropping enough that the fridge control board is not getting what it needs.
Seems to me other problems would be happening randomly, not just at night.
You may need a new battery, or a better converter, or to reduce your electrical consumption, any or all of these.
