So you are saying that the flame will run at it's high setting until the fridge reaches it's set temp before it drops to it's "pilot" level? Or does the flame run on high until the boiler reaches a predetermined temp before dropping to pilot?
Until fridge temp set point is reached (thermostat)
Need to clean flue/flue baffle so that heat is properly transferred to perk tube...dirty/rusty inhibits transfer of heat
(Electric transfer it via direct contact---which is working just fine based on your posted temps)
