I'd give my first born for a too cold fridge. It took two years, multiple adjustments/reinstallations, exhaust fans and a replacement just to get it to cool below 40. Slide the thermastor down an inch or two and use a recirculating fan ($12 at camping world or walmart) and you should be ok. Note the temps will rise up to five degrees each time you spend more than a few seconds in the fridge.
