OPs fridge doesn't have a 'thermistor'.........uses a capillary tube in a fixed position.
Moving a 'thermistor' will only affect temps in a fridge that uses a fixed factory preset thermostat.
If fridge has an adjustable temp control.......thermistor needs to be placed where recommended by mfg. (far right fin, 5th fin from right, 10th fin from right, etc. mid-position)
