Dometic fridge will often go in 'check' mode while driving

Looking for suggestions on troubleshooting a problem with have with our Dometic side-by-side (NDR1292). It seems to work fine on electrical or on gas but every once in a while, when driving (so on gas), the 'check' light will come on and stay on and the fridge will stop cooling (will not reset unless we turn off and back on and then it works fine). I wouldn't be surprised if it's from going over bumps or something but I have no idea how I can troubleshoot it.

Any suggestions? Let me know. Thanks,

    Might want to check the Key on ignition cutoff. Some and most Dometics have a wire on the back called IGN, So everytime you turn your ignition key to off such as stopping for fuel ect. the fridge shuts off for 25 min.
    Just a thought !

    You did not say how old it is, but the gas jet may be slightly clogged, or the gas pressure may be low. How long since you had it checked? It sounds like the flame goes out and does not relight in the three tries before "erring" out.
