Our 15 year old Sharp MW started having display problems and no replacement parts were available. Like you, I took careful measurements and went shopping instead of laying out $250 for a new Sharp with the RV trim. Turned out an $88 Hamilton Beach MW from Walmart was an exact fit, and the original vent/trim went on perfectly with just some minor mods to the mounting brackets. It looks better than the original unit.
