Our Dometic refer failed in Sebring Fl. We documented every call and took photos of the leakeage. Dometic told us who the closet dealer was and we contacted them(Central RV and Marine hwy27 Sebring Fl).They had not been notified of the recall. They called Dometic and ordered a new cooling unit and four days later in stalled it. The day after Dometic called us and said they were sending the reimbursment forms for the dealer to sign and we will be receiving a check for the full amount. By the way, Central Rv hauled a refer out to our campsite to use over the weekend. That was above and beyond the call. We thank them.
