Dometic has just released the first 2 repair kits. A person who I told in our park in Florida about the recall will have his unit repaired on Monday or Tuesday. I will report on the repair procedure. Dometic spent over 2 hrs. talking to tech. to confirm the process. They are really covering their rear on the entire process. This guy told Dometic that everyone would order their new units with only Norcold units unless they resolved their problem quickly. He is in the market for a new unit, so it did work. He currently has a Newmar Motorhome.
