Are you kidding? I'm a dealer and they have always been stingy on time. Enough so that I've had to limit warranty repairs to only the units purchased through my business (I'd go broke working for them more than that). Dometic isn't alone on this one. Short changing the dealers for warranty repair is pretty typical throughout most American industry. I do think however that Dometic is being a little extra ridiculous on this one. Tim
