It does go through the list- 173742289 (which is listed as 115 volt) crosses over to 0173768037 (115 volt) which crosses over to 3850644422 (120 volt).
Yeah that sounds about what the clerk at the RV dealer was saying. I know what was in the package was printed 120v 325w and it was a lot better built than the one that came out of it.

When I get a warmer day I'll check the resistance of the new one. I did some power calculations and based on a spread of 115v to 120v and using the 10% resistance tolerance gave me a spread of 273.2 watts to a high of 363.6 watts so now I'm wondering on just how critical this this recall is, if it's only because of a close but out of tolerance element. Sure have to wonder about what's going on, and what's not being said.
