Dometic will not release any additional "repair kits". The few released were prototypes to test the time for installation, etc. They are very firm at they will not ship and additional units until April 1.
I have no additional information on the repair labor costs that will be paid. They are responsible for any unit that fails prior to the "repair kits being made available".
I am still not convinced that this "repair" will be satisfactoryh for the NHTSA. Time will tell. The squeaky wheel definitely got the early prototype kits. Selling dealers have still not been notified that there is a problem.
