I just got my first "Official" notice- FWIW, Dometic is simply paying a flat $40 for the recall, with a phone number for authorization if more time is needed.
They still give April 16th as the availability date for kits.

$40 is a whole lot better than 15 minutes (our labor rates are $60/hr, or a dollar a minute ;)).
