Dometic Refer Recall - Possible Fire Hazard -Update 2/13/07

For those that have older units, this is the thermal cutoff. If you look closely, you'll see the reset button in between the two spade terminals. The markings indicate that this may be set at 240F, but I can't confirm. It's wired between the external 12V terminal and the power input of the module board, so if it trips the board cannot power up and the fridge will not function until reset.
