Ok, I was sitting in my den watching a movie. I told the wife we had to pause for a second so I could run to the RV. Sure enough the rvmobile heater also tripped the ground fault breaker in the RV kitchen which I had forgot to check. So, when the new heater faulted it tripped both my kitchen breaker and my outside outlet breaker. I'll have to call rvmobile on Monday to see if they will ship me a new heater. Thank goodness I didn't mess up my control board.
I rechecked the new heater resistance and it was 44.2 and I did the continuity check suggested and it passed. So, with a meter the new heater is passing tests.
