Fortunately for us, the rv tech still had our failed unit. He photographed the unit with the obvious results. I sent the pictures, a copy of our bill and a letter, certified, to Dometic last week. Today's mail brought a check for the full replacement cost - unit and labor. We are thrilled and recommend anyone having had the failure, do as we did. The timing couldn't have been better. I just retired and we're getting ready to start the camping/fishing season a little richer. (Maybe I'll look into that new LCD television.)WOOOOOOWWW!!:C:C:C
