Casey,
I took my recall letter to my rv repair shop and he secured my spot for the parts. My dealer said that Dometic will only ship parts to him when he has the recall letter from the owner. Apparently Dometic will not be shipping any inventory of recall kits to any of the service centers ahead of time.
