Lee, your Fluke won't read watts, you have to formulate that value.
Set your meter to read volts AC and take a reading at the receptacle the fridge is plugged into. Now set your meter to read ohms. Remove both element leads from their connections at the module board and read the meter across these two leads. Whatever you get in ohms, divide that into whatever your voltage is squared. That'll be your estimated wattage.
Formula...watts = voltage squared divided by resistance (ohms).
