Dometic Refer Recall - Possible Fire Hazard -Update 2/13/07

My Mom & Dad had the recall done about 2 weeks ago.....the refer hasn't cooled properly since.....the repaiman has changed the board, burner, thermistor and thermocouple all of that not making a difference.........yesterday he came back out and removed all of the recall shield and replaced all of the original parts.......as of today the refer is cooling proplery again.......he's baffled as to what is causing the reduced cooling operation on propane with the shield in place.......


We don't know what to do next?
