So, in addition to the extra sheet metal we see on the 'fix', do they also replace the 354w heating element with the 325w element?

Thus, preventing the possiblity of the 'crack' from developing on it's own? I wonder if I just replace the element with the 325w one, will that alone resolve the issue??
