No, Climate Control energizes heat tape between the frige and freezer compartments (only pulls about .3 Amps). On models equipped with one, the LAT switch is mounted right beside the Climate Control switch and is marked LAT. When on, the LAT switch bypasses the refer door interior light switch causing the interior light to stay on all the time. Of course the refer needs to be on for this to happen. Is your refer on or off? What fuse are you pulling to make the draw stop? Tim
