Yeah, seeing that nice even heat distribution sold me on it too. After seeing that and using the amp method to calculate watts, I'd have to say going with the Dometic #3850644422 325w 120VAC element is for the best. I suspect the 295W element is of lesser quality and would tend to have hot spots. Tim
