If you call Dometic kicking and screaming you might get a new refer. Tell them you are leaving and this messes up your plans. Don't settle for no, and climb the ladder if you have to.
If they end up fixing your old one, Make sure they put a different heating element in it.......even if you have to pay. I don't care if the old one tests within limits, the fact it cracked one boiler is reason enough for me. Good luck. Tim
