As part of the letter from Dometic it walked me through how to shut off the gas at the fridge. When my kit was installed the installers forgot to turn the gas valve back on so mine did not work

I removed the shield and sure enough they forgot. Turned it back on and it works fine.

Just thought I would bring this up.
