Regarding the above statement, I have some surprisingly good news. It took Dometic a little over 2 months to process and pay his claim, but Dometic reimbursed this customer for the total amount of
ALL his cooling core failures. Yes, Dometic reimbursed him for all 3 cooling units that failed before the Aug 28, 2005 time limitation
AND for the full cost of his new refer I installed in 2006. He called me today after receiving the check in his mail. Needless to say, he was very happy. Tim
