Yes, I have tried and tried to deal with Dometic about this issue. I am going to go get the fridge at the service center then buy the cooling unit from the Amish, and let my husband install it. Someone really needs to start this class action law suit. I would be all in. This is crazy, we go out and spend all this money on these units and the appliance won't last two years? Doing the fridge isnt that hard at all once you get the fridge out of its cubby, then its all downhill from there.
