Dometic Refrig RM2310 lighting on propane ?

What year is your dometic? And what do you mean by "pushing the igniter" or holding the plunger (gas)in for a minute? My dometic does not have an igniter to push. Where is this igniter located? Mine will atomatically try to light 3 or 4 times and if it fails to light, the red "failed to light indicator will come on. You have to turn the refer Off and then ON again to get it to try again. Yes lighting the stove burner is a good idea to bleed the air out of the line.
