Sometimes the flow of ammonia can become "vapor locked", and turning it off will allow the pressures to equalize. If, your rig has been sitting in one spot for a few days can cause vapor locking. Driving up and down some hilly winding roads in your area also does help.
It hasnt operated very well since I bought it last year. Seems a little worse now. 45 to 47 degrees.
