Dometic RM1350 leaking glue from freezer

Latest issue with this fridge. Upper right quadrant of freezer leaking some sort of glue?
Sticky, no odor, affecting door seal.
Extended warranty guy tells tech to prove it’s coming from the fridge. Duh!
