I have just replaced the lower circuit board, with the same outcome, no DC output at P1. What else may interrupt the 12 volt input at the board from the output at P1?
The diagram on page 11 in the link above seems to show that C has :
green to P1-1,
orange to P1-4
red to P1-5
brown to P1-6, and
black to P1-3
I don't have which is 12v plus or minus. I would suspect green to be neg but ? I would try the meter on various combos to see if there is 12v on any combo.
I would try the pins in the connector and not the wires on the plug.
I would try to supply 12v to the C plug directly once you are sure of the right pos and neg wires from another source to see if it lights up at all.
EDIT--or just do what Old-Biscuit says--yay, we are saved! :)
