I don't know about the Doran system, but I have been using the TST-507 system for several years. They worked well with my TT. With my new 5th wheel I lose signal from one of them occasionally so I just ordered the signal repeater/booster.
The TST-507 has saved me a couple times, including once from a slow leak in my truck's tire. It is nice to know the pressure of all tires all the time. And to have it sound an alarm when pressure is too low, too high or temperature is too high.
