My RV came with the latches Brian (bdpreece) referenced. Some have broken and had to be replaced.
I built a drawer in a dinette seat and the drawer opened on every left turn I made. I installed one of the latches on that drawer and it now stays closed until I want to open it. Nothing to undo, just pull the drawer open. They are available in different strengths.
