I was thinking of drilling some holes in the frame of my tt and mounting a length of pvc pipe for my sewer hose I know I could not do this on my semi truck but what about on a travel trailer:@
I also wonder about micro-cracks forming due to torsion or repeated flexing, but generally, drilling through hardened/annealed steel doesn't sound like a good thing, unless done before the hardening process. It also gives rust another way in.
There are many ways to mount a sewer hose holder. I just use a clear plastic tub. It isn't the best, but it does the job.
