If you only have room for 100w panel then your roof is already full of holes that probably do not leak. With a generous helping of Dicor self leveling sealant you will have no worries.

Most run the power down the fridge vent or a waste tank vent. Then through or under the RV. Controller close to the battery is best.

Check your fridge fuse. Maybe you could back feed through the 12v fridge supply. Not perfect but avoids holes until you can plan a better system.
