Can't access it from the inside, so has to be screwed down from the top. Ideally cable goes in at the horizontal and out at 90 degree angle down. Will browse around at West Marine tomorrow and see what they have.
Or, if the hole is tight around the cables, could probably just clamp the cables tight to the roof just before they go into it. And squirt gobs of Dicor all around and into the hole. Sounds ugly though ...
