OP here -- some great tips -- thanks so much!! I like the glue idea from austinjenna, but I am worried that my roof membrane would lift up at high speed. Smkettner is (as usual) right on the money -- that is my exact floorplan. (Although I ripped out the vanity in the back and replaced it with cabinets across the entire back -- DW says "who needs a vanity when you are camping?")
The tip about stainless hardware (including screws) is terrific -- I would have thought of it too late, after buying the hardware. (When shopping for stainless hardware, I always bring a magnet -- I have found that some stuff from overseas is labelled stainless, but it isn't.)
And I have measured our usage, and it really is 15 amps a day or less. My fridge draws 0.3 amps, or about 7 amps a day.
I may just have to take a drive over to Solar Blvd to paw around in their inventory -- it is less than an hour away from me.
