Not what the OP is asking about, sounds like you are talking about the 50amp "adapter" that attempts to use a 30amp and a 15 amp circuit

Are you trying to hook up two Hondas?

If so, they have banana-jacks on the front. There are hooded banana-jacks available, if you use those you never have an exposed "hot" lead.

The OP is looking for an adapter block with 6 pins on the male side; it plugs into a duplex outlet and has a 30Amp RV female on the other side.

Also. years ago, and still legal today, we wired outlets with 3 wire +ground and the outlet had 230 volts. 120 in the top/ 120 in the bottom. 240 between hots. You plug into one of those and bang. Big black scorch marks on everything close by. I think I know why you want to do it but it is dangerous.

I know which one you're talking about but don't see it on Amazon either. I believe CW has them.
