We don't need the 6831 cells in a Tesla. Nor do we need 90 kwh of storage. The greatest amp-hours I've heard of is 12 six volt golf cart batteries, or about 1392 amp-hours @ 12 volts. Given that the golf cart batteries should not be taken below 50% that equates to 700 amp-hours or 8.4 Khw of these new cells.
