Dual dump valve with Y / individual blade valve replacement?

What is typically easier? replacing the entire waste assemby (both blades and y in single assembly) like the pic or each of the 2 waste valves with the 4 bolts independantly? older RV 93 P30 Flair ...

FAR easier to replace just the waste gates ... after all, that's why replacements are so readily available.
