Your year should be a Brisk air. But, someone may have optioned the Penguin model. Penguin models are notorious for condensation corroding the telephone cable ends in the evap pan area. The FRONT AC unit is what controls the wall CCC. Check the front AC unit control box and look at BOTH telephone cable type connections for corrosion. IF there is corrosion between the front and rear that will knock out power to the CCC. So, disconnect each cable 1 at a time and see if you get power to the wall CCC tstat. Please respond of you have lo profile Penguin models. Doug
