E-Z Flex ?
I am thinking about installing these on my fifth wheel does anyone out there have these in use, and if so what do you think of them.

Yes-as post above you said there are two movable parts. Should have grease fitting in the top. If no fittings, rub your finger on the top and there should be threaded holes. If it has no holes for the Zerks, then I would say that you have a defective set.
