E-Z Flex ?
I am thinking about installing these on my fifth wheel does anyone out there have these in use, and if so what do you think of them.

A bolt with a grease passage and zerk goes into each of those lower holes/bushings.
Go back to the OP picture. There are four black bolts laying separate that go into these holes. The two silver bolts with no zerk go in the center hole.
