I would test the tow vehicle at the 7 way first- not sure how Dodge fused their trailer feed, but checking underhood fuses might be in order. Do the truck lights all work OK?
Next I would look closely at the grounds.
Given that everything works perfectly......except for one side when in 4-way mode.....it is highly unlikely that any of that applies.
Not to argue, but if the tow vehicle works fine, what is YOUR suggestion? I highly doubt the turn signal switch would cause just the trailer to not work. My best bet would be ground problem- given LED current draw.
Thanks. Will check out if current draw is same or less than other side. Will also run a temp wire from light to ground (metal bumper) to see if ground might be week. All truck lights work. I've also have a elec plug for 5th wheel in bed. Will check if light works with in-bed plug any better. As maybe my plug at tt hitch is not grounded good.
