I believe it's 15.5 cents per KwH here, plus, plus, plus...
Still, way cheaper than running a generator. For example, a 4 hour top charge costs about $2 in gas, and only $0.23 in actual hydro usage. Adding all the meter charges and such, I guess the total cost per KwH would depend on one's overall consumption.
