Are the connection screws NOT color coded the same as any other 3-wire 120 volt fixture ??
It's not too hard to remember which wire goes to the brass screw and which one goes to the silver one and that the ground wire goes to green......if you are an actual electrician.....or have a few hours experience. Heck I think that most outlets these days even come in a cardboard box with instructions on it.
The mistakes have been wiring them for 240V (like a dryer) instead of 120V and not with confusing the screws.
